Our church believes that God is the creator of everything in the universe and revealed Himself and His plan to humans through His Son, Jesus Christ, and through the Bible.
We acknowledge that we were created for God's glory and aren't truly fulfilled until we are serving Him with our life. We base our beliefs and our church practices only on the Bible. We know that the one God of the universe exists in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — as defined in Scripture.
We believe that God the Son, Jesus, became a man, was killed on a cross to pay for our sins, and rose from the grave to defeat death for us. We understand that we cannot pay for our own sins and are therefore completely dependent on the death of Jesus to fix our relationship with God — offered to us only through God's grace and mercy.
We believe that Jesus, as He promised in the Bible, will return to earth one day and claim all of those for eternal life who have faith in Him as their Savior.
As dictated in the Bible, we recognize that the gift of eternal life in Christ must be accepted by each of us individually — acknowledging Jesus as the Christ and Son of God, placing Him at the head of our life, repenting of our sins, and being baptized by immersion under the water.
